Advice only when it is asked for. If you want company rather than solutions, say so, and that will be respected.
Nobody here is a project. We do not diagnose each other and we do not try to fix each other.
What is said here stays here. No screenshots, no names carried out of the room.
Reading is taking part. You can be here for months without posting and still be one of us.
This is companionship, not treatment. I am a ritual and yoga guide, not a therapist. If you are in a season heavier than a room like this can carry, please let someone trained sit with you as well. You are still welcome here while you do.

It is $12 a month, and you can cancel anytime from your account, with no awkwardness.
What if I am too busy?
There is no keeping up here. Everything is gentle and self paced, and it will be waiting for you whenever you have a moment.
