About me
Hi, I’m Satine.
Â
I create for the sensitive souls who feels deeply, carries quietly, and longs for a gentle return to themselves.
I grew up in a world where beauty was treated like a quiet form of wisdom.
Where the way light touched a room, the scent of a ripe fruit, or the elegance of a table set with intention felt like part of being alive. From my earliest years, I learned to see life through texture, rhythm, and sensorial grace.
Creating was never optional for me.
My hands always searched for form and meaning, whether through sculpture, painting, cooking, calligraphy, beadwork, writing, gardening, or the countless crafts that shaped my days. Each one taught me patience, presence, and the simple poetry found in slowing down.
As the years unfolded, life asked much of me.
Motherhood, travel, study, loss, rebuilding.
Moments of deep joy mingled with seasons of heaviness that touched the breath itself. There were times when my inner world felt loud and unsteady, when calm felt distant, and when the weight of emotion pressed into my chest like a tide that wouldn’t recede.
In those years, I learned something essential:
when the mind feels unreachable, the body can still be guided home.
I began studying anything that could offer steadiness.
Breath patterns, sensory anchors, gentle movement, sound, scent, contemplative reading, and the soft art of slowing down. I became both student and witness to my own inner landscape. Over time, I watched how small practices, a longer exhale, a softened jaw, a quiet gesture, a moment of light, could shift an entire emotional climate.
Nothing dramatic.
Nothing forced.
Just tenderness, repeated.
Slowly, the scattered pieces began forming something coherent.
A rhythm.
A philosophy.
A method.
The Ritualist Method grew from these lived moments, not from theory, perfection, or performance, but from the simple truth that many of us carry more than we ever speak aloud. And when the world feels heavy, we need gentleness that is practical enough for daily life and soft enough to meet a tender heart.
Today, The Ritualist Method is a sanctuary for sensitive souls, for those who feel deeply, who have carried long stories, and who long for a softer way back to themselves. Inside this work, you’ll find:
• gentle breath sequences that steady your inner pace
• grounding practices shaped to comfort the body
• contemplative rituals that bring clarity and calm
• sensory cues guided by scent, sound, light, and touch
• meditations woven with warmth and presence
These rituals are designed for the moments when thinking isn’t enough, when you need something felt,  something you can touch, taste, smell, hear, breathe, to guide you back to yourself.
I offer this work not as an expert standing above, but as a Light Keeper, someone who has walked through her own unsteady seasons and learned how small acts of tenderness can change the texture of a day.
If, as you read this, a warmth stirs in you, even faintly, then you are already at the threshold of your own return.
Begin wherever you feel called.
A single ritual.
A moment of breath.
A simple sensory practice.
Or the deeper rhythm of the full method.
Whenever you step in, I am here,
steady, present, and guiding with the same gentleness
that once guided me home to myself.
The Ritualist Method is a gentle, sensory framework that weaves breath, reflection, and daily ritual into a practice of emotional grounding and quiet transformation.
My method for living a more peaceful, artful  life is simple and easy to follow. It combines everything you need to align the body and the mind for total balance.
