This is not therapy. It is not coaching in the push-you-harder sense. It is something quieter.

A guided hour with me. Together we sit with the pattern that keeps repeating.

BEFORE WE MEET

Everything arrives in one email, within a day of your payment: your link to choose a time, a short archetype quiz, and three reflection questions. Send the answers back at least 24 hours before we meet, so the hour is already shaped around you before it begins.

DURING THE SESSION, 60 MINUTES

We sit with the pattern together. Not to fix you, because you are not broken, but to see it clearly and gently. Then we co-create a ritual, built for your archetype and for your actual life, and we close the hour with that ritual guided live.

AFTER THE SESSION

A written summary you keep: your archetype, the five steps of the ritual we made together, and two prompts to return to when the pattern shows up again.

You do not leave with advice. You leave with a practice made for you.
