Day 5 — Energy Release for Sensitive People For the emotions and energy you've absorbed that were never yours to carry. A practice for putting down what belongs to someone else.Mantra: I release what isn't mine. I reclaim what is.

Day 6 — Evening Wind-Down For closing the day with grace instead of collapsing into it. A practice that tells your nervous system: the day is complete, and so are you. Mantra: The day is complete. I am enough. I rest now.

Day 7 — Integration and Return A closing practice for coming home to yourself after a full week of honest, gentle work. Not an ending — a beginning of a different relationship with your own experience. Mantra: I am grounded. I am whole. I am home.
