Come home to yourself.
A quiet, guided hour to meet the pattern that keeps repeating, and one small practice, made for your archetype, to meet it with.
I built the Ritualist Method after years of learning that calm is not a personality, it is a practice. I have taught yoga since 2010, and I write for sensitive people because I am one. In a Homecoming Session I bring the protocol I wrote and the kind of attention I would want someone to bring to me.
$250. Sixty minutes.
Raphael Rebai is a coaching psychologist with his own practice, and here he works from the protocol I wrote, in the register I wrote it in. He brings a psychologist's training to a room that stays ritual and companionship, never therapy. A Homecoming Session is the Ritualist Method whoever holds it.
$150. Sixty minutes.
Before you read another word, try this.
Sit however you already are. Let your shoulders drop an inch.
Breathe in slowly through your nose for a count of four, let it rest for a soft count of two, then let it leave you for a count of six. Do that once more, a little slower.
Now let it meet you where you are. If a Grounder season is alive in you, feel the floor take your full weight. If it is Restorer energy, picture the breath refilling a well that has run low. If you are moving through a Reflector or Visionary season, let the exhale clear a small space behind your eyes. Mover or Creator, let the breath find a rhythm you could carry into the rest of your day.
That small softening you just felt is the work. The whole session moves at exactly this pace, and it is shaped to the way you actually relate to the world. Now let me tell you what it is.
THIS IS NOT THERAPY
It is not coaching in the push-you-harder sense either. It is something quieter.
A Homecoming Session is a guided hour of coming back to yourself. Therapy often looks backward to explain how a pattern was formed. Coaching often looks forward, sets a goal, and holds you to it. This does neither.
Together we sit with the pattern that keeps repeating, not to fix you, because you are not broken, but to see it clearly and gently. Then we find one small thing, shaped to your archetype and your real life, that helps you notice it earlier and meet it differently.
And you leave knowing how we did it, because patterns keep arriving through a life and the point is that you can meet the next one on your own.
Recognition first.
The relief follows.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You feel disconnected from yourself and cannot quite say when that started
- You keep circling the same pattern, a habit, a behavior, an emotional loop, and willpower has not moved it
- You are tired of pushing and ready to pause
- You want a practice to come home to, not one more thing to be good at
WHY THIS MATTERS
Highly sensitive people often try to think their way out of patterns that actually live in the body. It is exhausting, and it rarely holds. What helps is a practice small enough to keep and personal enough to mean something, built around the way your own system settles. You leave with that practice in hand, not just an insight you will have forgotten by Thursday.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Before the session. Your booking link is on the page the moment you buy, so you can choose your time straight away. An email follows within a day carrying a short archetype quiz, so the hour can be tailored to how you relate to the world, and three reflection questions to sit with. Your answers come back at least 24 hours ahead, so the session begins already shaped around you.
During the session, 60 minutes.
- A gentle intake: what brought you here, and what pattern are you ready to shift
- Most of the hour on you: your archetype, and what this pattern is taking from the thing that is most yours
- One small practice, seconds long, found together and carried in your own head
- We close with a live, guided archetypal ritual
After the session. A written summary with your archetype, the practice we found together, and one or two follow-up prompts.

WHO HOLDS YOUR SESSION
Some Homecoming Sessions are held by Raphael Rebai, and some by me.
Raphael Rebai is a coaching psychologist with his own practice, working with professionals in transition. He sees people online, in English and in French, and he has spent years in rooms where someone is trying to say something they have not said before.
Here, he works from the protocol I wrote, in the register I wrote it in. That matters, so I will say it plainly: a Homecoming Session is the Ritualist Method whoever holds it. Same hour, same shape, same seven archetypes, same close. He brings a psychologist's training to a room that is still ritual and companionship, never therapy, and he does not turn the session into his own practice.
He is often the better room if what you are carrying is bound up with work: a role that no longer fits, a change you did not choose, a professional self that has become heavy to hold. And if what you want is the person who built the method, that is me.
This is not a cheaper version and a better one. It is two rooms, and you choose which one you enter.
INVESTMENT
A Homecoming Session is 60 minutes. $250 with Satine. $150 with Raphael.
You do not leave with advice. You leave more able to hear yourself, with one small practice made for you and a written summary you keep.
A small number of sessions each month, to protect the depth and quality of this work.
Cancellations need 24 hours notice. A missed session is not refundable, and rescheduling is always welcome.
AND HERE IS HOW WE WILL CLOSE
So you know the shape of it before you ever book. We end every session together in a live archetypal ritual, breath and stillness chosen for the season you are in.
Breathe in with me one last time, four in, a soft two, six out.
In a Grounder season, we breathe low and slow until the floor feels solid again. In a Restorer season, we let each exhale run a little longer than the inhale, the body's own signal that it is safe to rest. In a Reflector or Visionary season, we let the breath quiet the noise until you can hear yourself think. In a Mover or Creator season, we let it settle into a rhythm you can carry back into your day.
You will leave the way you began reading this: a few degrees softer, and a little more at home in yourself.
That is a homecoming. When you are ready, come home.
WHEN YOU ARE READY
Sixty minutes, and a way back you keep.
