THE 7 DAY HOME RETREAT
A softer week for your nervous system, taken at home. Seven deep guided meditations, a 30 minute somatic ritual, and a printable guide with journal prompts and a mantra for every day. A gentle week to release what you have been holding and come home to yourself, with nothing to travel to and nobody to perform for.
IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU ARE PROBABLY TIRED
Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. The quieter kind. The tired that comes from feeling everything a little more deeply than the people around you, from holding your shoulders near your ears without noticing, from carrying the room home with you long after you have left it.
If you are a highly sensitive person, your nervous system does not have an off switch. It has a pace. And most weeks ask you to move faster than that pace allows.
This retreat is seven days of moving at your own pace instead.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
-
You end most days wound tighter than you started them
-
You know you need to slow down, but rest has started to feel like one more thing to do well
-
You want a practice you can actually keep, not a routine that shames you when you miss a day
-
You are ready to feel a little more at home in your own body
WHAT'S INSIDE
Seven deep guided meditations, 20 to 25 minutes each, layered with theta binaural frequencies to help your nervous system settle into deep rest. One for each day, each meeting a different part of you. They are not about emptying your mind or getting it right. They are about giving your nervous system permission to settle, slowly, in a way it can trust.
A 30 minute somatic ritual. A slow return to your body through all five senses, touch, scent, taste, sound, and sight. Pair it with day one and day seven, or reach for it any day you need to feel held.
A printable guide with journal prompts and mantra cards. A mantra for every day, full instructions, and space to notice what shifts. Something to hold in your hands, away from a screen, so the week has a shape you can return to.
Yours to keep. Download it once and come back to it whenever the week gets loud again. There is no schedule to fall behind on. Begin on day one whenever day one arrives for you.
HOW THE WEEK MOVES
Recognition comes before relief. Across the seven days you are not being fixed, because there is nothing wrong with you. You are being met. Each day names a little of what you carry, then offers a way to set it down: a breath, a mantra, unhurried minutes that are only yours.
It fits around an ordinary day. Thirty to forty minutes on a meditation day, sixty to ninety when you add the ritual on the first day and the last. Before work, after the school run, or as the last thing before bed. Nothing else has to move, and because the retreat is yours to keep, you can repeat it whenever a week gets loud again.
Wherever you are in your own rhythm, whether a Restorer season has left the well low, or a Grounder season has you looking for something solid, or Reflector energy has the mind running long into the night, the week makes room for it.
By day seven, nothing about your life has to have changed for you to feel different. That is the point. The softness was always available. This is simply a week of practicing your way back to it.
A GENTLE NOTE
These meditations may support rest and ease, and many highly sensitive people find them steadying. They are a companion, not a clinical treatment. They are not therapy and do not diagnose or treat any condition, and if you are moving through something heavy, please reach for a qualified professional too. This is meant to sit alongside that, gently.
On the sound: binaural beats are two slightly different tones, one in each ear, which is why headphones matter. A 2019 meta-analysis of 22 studies in the journal Psychological Research (Garcia-Argibay, Santed and Reales) found a consistent, medium-sized reduction in anxiety, with theta frequencies the most effective and better results when the sound plays before and during a practice, which is how these meditations use it.
READY TO BEGIN?

A minute of Day 3
One thought arrives, then another. In this passage from Day 3, thoughts become leaves on a river, something to notice without following each one. Listen to a minute of Thought Observation Meditation, one of the seven practices inside the retreat.
One minute six seconds. Headphones if you have them.
